Motion:  The UAC recommend approval of the list of variances as requested by applicant plus any other variances identified that are required to permit like-for-like reconstruction of the existing structure.

   Applicant:  Pressly LLC (Rick Pressly)    BZA variance for parking due to change in use from retail to restaurant.  Recommendation:  Approval Motion:  The UAC recommends approval of a parking variance from 25 spaces required to 0 provided to permit a restaurant use at this location.
